Is your ISP blocking outgoing port 25?
Do you need an open relay to send mail from your domain?
Does your current email provider not allow you to send emails from your own domain?
Do you connect to different providers from your laptop and have problems sending emails?

Then you need our Dynamic SMTP service!

What is SMTP

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a TCP/IP protocol used in sending and receiving e-mail. However, since it's limited in its ability to queue messages at the receiving end, it's usually used with one of two other protocols, POP3 or Internet Message Access Protocol , that let the user save messages in a server mailbox and download them periodically from the server. In other words, users typically use a program that uses SMTP for sending e-mail and either POP3 or IMAP for receiving messages that have been received for them at their local server. Most mail programs such as Outlook Express, Outlook or Eudora let you specify both an SMTP server and a POP server.

Basically, an SMTP Server is configured so you can send outgoing email.

Why can't I always use the SMTP server provided by my ISP?

Many ISPs today are blocking outgoing port 25 because of the increase amount of spam. This is preventing many legitimate users from sending email from their companies.
Many other ISPs do not allow you to send your email as a user from your domain. This makes your outgoing emails look less professional to your customers.
Another problem that many users have today is that many email servers will no longer accept email from dynamic IPs. This is preventing you from sending outgoing email messages to your customers.
Finally, one of the most common problems faced is by users who use their laptop in various places, connecting using different providers. Almost all service providers now only accept connections to their SMTP servers if you also use their internet connection. This means every time you connect in a different place (work, home, hotel etc) with a different provider you have to change your SMTP server settings in your email client (e.g. outlook) or just accept you cannot send mail, well not any more!

How our Dynamic SMTP service works.

We give you access to an enterprise mail server that will act as a relay for your email messages using SMTP authentication. SMTP authentication can be configured on most email clients and servers so you can continue to send email just as you were before, from anywhere and any connection, without any hassle or needing to change settings. Just set it and forget it!

Plus if your ISP is blocking outgoing port 25 then you can also configure your email server to use any one of our other SMTP ports.
You can configure your email client or server to send all authenticated SMTP traffic to any of the following ports:
SSL or non-SSL: 21, 25, 5521, 5525, 7721, 7725
SSL only: 465, 5555
If your user client can not use shared ports (SSL and non-SSL) on any port other than port 25 and if your ISP blocks outgoing 25 then your should use our SSL only ports.

Unlike most other SMTP providers we do not add any advertising to your emails.
